If it's getting cold in the teapot then put a tea cozy over the pot. Or you could get a thermal carafe to put the tea in and it will keep it hot for a few hours.

Get a heavier mug or an insulated mug.
Or get one of those little coffee cup warmer plates to set your ceramic or china tea cup or mug on.
Or get one of those little warmer coils that you stick in the cup to keep the liquid warm.'

I have a drink warmer - You can also use a candle warmer - set the cup on the warmer. It's awesome! They cost about $5 at any department store

Warm your cup with boiling water first, then put the tea in it.
Or drink smaller cups more often.
