No.
IF that was the case then why is it that most of the worlds oldest people are living in Third World Countries ? Healthy living is eating right, getting proper exercise and thinking that you are young. IT does not require alot of money.

Absolutely Not,
Healthy living is choices, and ideas. Not entirely based on money.
yes, money plays a role in food purchases, and health care, etc... but it is not the prime factor.
Healthy living is exercising the body AND the mind.
It is also minimizing negative intake, such as processed foods.
and even red meat. (Don't get me wrong here, I am not advocating vegetarianism, but rather a balance with the scales tipped towards other meats and even more so to fruits and vegetables)
It is also being nice to other people, for no reason, and even in the face of having been treated badly.
My on-again-off-again research has shown me that the less wealthy peoples tend to be healthier physically, and I was told in my 2nd semester of college that this is due to the lack of funds that are able to be spent on red meats. (the foods that are bought tend to be strong in the fruits and veggies)
I have or have had a book that was written by a doctor from the 1920's era, and it showed that the people of the Appalachian Mountains were some of the healthiest of the nation, and most definitely the poorest. It was found by the doctor that the indigenous peoples would "snack" on apple tree leaves.
The leaf is high in anti-oxidants and helps maintain the natural pH level for the body.
