Any recipes too would be helpful. I've heard of a very euphoric relaxation with this tea, I'm just not sure what kind to get, and where to get them.

How do you hide the whole grain? I don't see how you can hide whole grain in white bread unless you bleach it. I prefer whole wheat bread, but white bread does taste better on certain things like grilled cheese and French toast, so I will occasionally buy a loaf. Am I wasting my money to get whole grain white?

Why is it that when you eat something for breakfast that your body doesn't "think" you should be eating (pizza or steak or hamburgers, etc. ) you get sick as opposed to "normal" breakfast things such as bacon, eggs and cereal?

I work a full time job (8am-5pm) and am a night student at a local college full time every evening (6pm-10pm). My commute home is usually about 1 1/2 hours, so I am usually home by 11:30pm. By the time I get home I am STARVING but I don't want to eat a huge meal. What kind of foods can I carry with me that are filling, healthy, and portable so that I don't feel like eating everything in sight by the time I get home?

Sorry guys, but I think that this question can only be answered properly by England-based people because that's where these chocolates are sold, and chocolates sold under the same name in other countries just don't taste as good to me. So - Dairy Milk or Galaxy? Which one is better; and why? Thanks in advance if you decide to answer! :)

Wash your hands with soap as usual, then wash them again under running water with a stainless steel utensil instead of soap. It works better than anything else I've ever tried. I use a spoon or a butter knife.
Remember, it has to be stainless steel. Other metals don't work.

Has anyone else ever tried this?
