So what you're saying is that you can get on the computer (which costs a lot more that groceries) and ask us where your welfare is? You are aware that a majority of us are at work or either in school attempting to get somewhere in life and that we pay for that welfare you can't seem to locate. If you put half as much effort in to looking for a job as you have looking for your food stamps you may have a chance at getting a job. Welfare should only be temporary, not until your child is 2. What excuse do you have for not working and support your child yourself? We didn't bring him into this world, why is it our job to support him?

I agree you people either can't read or are just MEAN? Call your local food stamp office to find out. Good luck and God bless you and your child.

Is this the way to find out? You need to look to the local sources of information, not an international site.

Relax, it's only noon. Something probably delayed them, it happens. If your really concerned, call whatever organization that gives them out. They'll be able to help you out a lot more then anyone here can.
