Sorry guys, but I think that this question can only be answered properly by England-based people because that's where these chocolates are sold, and chocolates sold under the same name in other countries just don't taste as good to me. So - Dairy Milk or Galaxy? Which one is better; and why? Thanks in advance if you decide to answer! :)

Crikey!! That's a bloody good question and very difficult to decide on an answer, but if I had to choose...
DAIRY MILK is best. It's richer and slightly tastier, thicker and naughtier. Galaxy is kinda smoother and oh so slightly bland in comparison (but still great). It depends on what mood I'm in, but I reckon 9 times out of 10 I would choose DAIRY MILK. I take it you're talking about just the pure unadulterated plain stuff and not the ones with delicious fillings, coz that's a whole other story.... Oooh must get a tissue, drooling on the keyboard is DANGEROUS..........

I would go for Galaxy every time - it tastes more like the better quality chocolates than any other make here. Cadbury's is ok, but too grainy; I love the creaminess of Galaxy. But I love Cadbury's Chocolate Milk to drink!

I think Galaxy is nicer than Dairy Milk, but if you get Whole Nut then the Cadbury's offering is the best.

but i would like to offer an alternative of the plain choccy slab rich and slightly bitter good for the blood and when with a slight orangy tang is exceptional... ohhhhh and it can be melted into a fondu too with marshmellows or fruit too
