yep-- i make it into a lot of sinfully wondeful things:

French toast
fudge choocolate cake
melt in the mouth buttercake
the softest butter rolls
yummy drop cookies
brownies by any name

i also use it to bring out the sweetish flavor of onion and the spiciness of garlic and ginger. makes for a really delicious ginger and onion crab, lemon-butter shrimps, rich barbecue sauce..

it tastes so, so, sooo nice, one can easily over indulge in food. no real need to remove it from your daily diet. just eat food made with butter in moderation.

now.. have you ever heard of a thing called.. sugar? teehee.

Betty Botter bought some butter but, said she, the butter's bitter.
If I put it in my batter, it will make my batter bitter.
But a bit of better butter will make my bitter batter better.
So she bought some better butter, better than the bitter butter,
put it in her bitter batter, made her bitter batter better.
So 'twas better Betty Botter bought some better butter.

Butter is a dairy product made by churning fresh or fermented cream or milk. In many parts of the world, butter is an everyday food. Butter is used as a spread and a condiment, as well as in cooking applications such as baking, sauce making, and frying. Butter consists of butterfat surrounding minuscule droplets consisting mostly of water and milk proteins. The most common form of butter is made from cows' milk, but can also be made from the milk of other mammals, including sheep, goats, buffalo, and yaks. Salt, flavorings, or preservatives are sometimes added to butter. Rendering butter produces clarified butter or ghee, which is almost entirely butterfat.
