Most fruits and vegetables have loads of fiber. Watch out with some vegetables like cabbage and peppers. Or start eating them gradually, and your body will adjust and not cause gas.
As I am sure you know, there are many products that are fortified with fiber, like bread and cereals, but they may cause uncomfort.

Look by the flour tortillas in the grocery store for high-fiber/low carb wraps. I've been using these for a while now, many brands, most have 15-20 grams of fiber, and they taste good and are excellent for roll-ups & wrap sandwiches. Better than high fiber bread!

Unfortunately, the foods that are highest in fiber are the ones that are most likely to give you gas -- beans and legumes. You may want to opt for whole grain breads/cereals/pasta or dried fruit like dried plums (prunes), apricots, figs, dates, etc.

well the cause of gas is to much fiber, but try almost any vegetable, like brocolli if you like it or cereal, like total.
