Anyone know the name (or recipe) of a bright red chutney? It had a sweet, tart, berry like flavour. I tried it at a little curry house in Maidstone, Kent a few years ago and I have not been able to find it (here in Canada) since. Whenever I ask about it at a restaurant or Indian grocery, they look at me funny.

like to the japanese your not allowed to put the chopsticks upright coz it disrespects the chef- symbolizes there dicipline-ness. to the chinese, you cannot mix the food. you have to eat them by portions- symbolizes their organization. something like that...

Why can't we just enjoy ourselves while we are here? Our children will find a way to survive, the same way that humans have throughout history.
Why should I recycle? I put all my rubbish in black bags. I haven't got time to fart around seperating my rubbish.
Half of these green lefties are more interested in being SEEN to be doing something rather than actually just doing it. There is a big difference between the two!!
I say, don't recycle, drive big cars, kill animals for fun, fashion and science and we will al be a much happier bunch of folks!!!

We eat them by the truckload in PA, but I've heard that in most other states, people don't even know what they are.
