Why is that? From your limited choice, I can infer that you do not know about some of the best cuisine.
I'll tell you what's the best you missed:
French food, thai food, middle eastern food (gyros and falafel), Japanese food (sushi! come on!), Russian food, American food (ok for that i'm kidding)... and best of all: Vietnamese food!
