Well, 20% of the world's population is Chinese and eats Chinese food, and a lot of people from other cultures eat Chinese food, too...so that has to be the winner.
The runner up is Indian cuisine, because 15% of the world's population is Indian, and other countries eat Indian cuisine too.
India may soon surpass China, as their population is increasing much faster.

i find that people are into Indian food more these days. Chinese was popular more during the last decade but now it's equally popular to continental cuisine with others competing it.
