I looked at this and did a little research. I think it would be nearly impossible to find the ingredients(the starch derived from the konjac plant) to make your own at home.

I would look for the noodles ready to cook at Asian Stores.

PS: NO fat, NO net carbs, NO calories, NO sugar, NO protein, and NO gluten! Kinda like that plastic grass you get in an Easter basket....lol!

I have found the noodles at Whole Foods, Central Market, Asian stores they are a little gross but if you need a "pasta fix they work. They are located in the cold case, rinse rinse rinse to get rid of most of the tart taste.
