D'amn, that's a hard question!!! There's so much...I'm from NYC but moved to Floriduh 6 years ago. My favorite food was Indian, and there were so many great Indian restaurants there! Here, there's nothing. One will open up now and then, and serve what looks like dog food priced like caviar and close down after maybe 2-5 months. It's a drag!

But, I love samosas, pekorah, bhujia, lamb tika, tandoori chicken, lamb vindaloo, basmati rice...naan, cucumber rhiata, all the relishes and the green hot sauce best! If you want one thing, forget about it!

Papadum is great. I also love samosas and vegetable pakoras. But my all time favorite is a dosa (with coconut chutney- yum!). And, a nice spicy sambar goes great with the dosa.
There are so many delicious Indian foods!!
