I have a bottle of 2000 Beringer white zinfandel that I use as a display in my kitchen, so it has not been stored in temperature control or anything. It now is a coppery color. Is it still good to drink?

Does anyone have any good toasts when doing shots?

I have a couple but they are getting old:
"Here's to not sweating the petty stuff and here's not petting the sweaty stuff."

"To honor. To getting honor. To staying on honor. If can't ¢um in her ¢um on her."

"Here's to you. Here's to me. Best of friends we'll always be.
If something should come between you and me, I say fu¢k you, here's to me."

My husband has read that drinking one glass a day of a Merlot will help cure him of his cancer. As his wife I will go along with his belief. Can anyone recommend a good wine. I don't drink and have seen wines from $1.50/bottle -$90/bottle.He said it has to be a merlot.
