I just received this 1.75 liter bottle as a gift. The bottle has been unopened for a very long time, it still has the unbroken USA Bottle Stamp label enclosing its top. I think they phased these labels out in 1976, so that would make this bottle at least 30 years old.

Not sure if aging really means any thing when it happens in a glass bottle. Further I don’t know if there are any collectors of “blended Wisky”.

I don’t see any serial numbers, lot numbers or dates on the bottle or any of the labels. Any ideas?

when i bottle homemade alcohol should i boil it first since there was air and oxygen getting to it so there might be some little bugs growing (i read that in some articles) that wont do anything to the alcohol? right?

I know plenty of parents in this high-class town let their kids party, and drink wine during holiday gatherings...but would you be okay with your kid drinking before 21? would you let them throw house parties?

i made some alcohol using water yeast and sugar, i found the recipe online and wanted to give it a try and see if it actually works. well its been sitting for about 15 days and it has stopped bubbling and im pretty sure its ready. My question is, is there any way that the mixture could have turned to ethal alcohol by now, because i really dont want to go and drink a gallon of that and die or go blind. so if any one knows please let me know and dont answer if you dont know because this could really hurt me if it has. thank you for your real (meaning not made up guess or bullshit) answers

I love wine and I know a little bit more than the average person but am far from an expert. I would like to get a magazine that tells about wines, wineries, good buys etc. I don't have a wine cellar and am not interested in spending a bazillion dollars on wine. I just want to stay informed on the everyday, down to earth information.

i want to know how much juice(acid) is too much....is a bit of juice ok with vodka or rum...how about flavored vodka, is that ok? what happens to the flask if i use too much juice..ive looked online for an answer, no luck...also, any good ideas for tasty flask beverages (with no acid!!)?

I get terrible headaches when I drink most wines or liquors. I found a Pinoit Grigio from Italy is fine, as well as Vodka distilled 5 times. I know there's something that's triggereing migraines in the liquor and those 2 liquors are apparently void of it. Do you know what's in liquor that's casuing headaches and what else is out there that might work for me to drink?
