I get terrible headaches when I drink most wines or liquors. I found a Pinoit Grigio from Italy is fine, as well as Vodka distilled 5 times. I know there's something that's triggereing migraines in the liquor and those 2 liquors are apparently void of it. Do you know what's in liquor that's casuing headaches and what else is out there that might work for me to drink?

Vodka is the best as it is a whole grain, mixed with orange juice is best, but ANY liquor with excess will cause the headache, take 3 aspirins during drinking and drink water mixed in somewhere

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Alcohol is a diaretic so if you drink water with your alcohol then take a vitamin B at the end of the night, you won't get headaches.

Yes, that's common when you're not used to drink so much, so when you drink alcohol, you get a little dizzy and next day some hangover, yeah I know it sucks, but that's the price of drinking

The high-sugar content causes the headaches (as well as dehydration...) avoid wines, rums and any other dark-colored drinks...(drinking the occasional glass of water in between "rounds" helps as well...)

Nothing cheap and stick with the same if you're drinking vodka don't switch to beer or wine and likewise with beer or wine. Also dont mix liqours. Too much sweet can be toxic too.

Moderation is the key, don't drink too much and you'll be fine. Try eating something that can soak up the alcohol before drinking, bread.

Stick with light or clear liquors, and try not to mix - pick one, and stick with it through the night.

Don't drink cheap alcohol, period. Wine has nitrates that will cause a migrane. Also, limit your alcohol to two drinks since you are subject to migranes.
