Three songs come off the top of my head:
(1) The No No Song by Ringo Starr (circa 1974) - the lyrics are funny. It does state the person doesn't want to drink or smoke or snort no more, but it's because he's tired of waking up from the floor
(2) Goody Two Shoes by Adam Ant (circa 1981) - "Don't Drink Don't Smoke" but the song is a slam on those that don't]
(3) I Want A New Drug by Huey Lewis and the News (circa 1985) where the lyrics involve with someone who wants a natural high
