It has lots of calories, it can raise your blood pressure and cholesterol. It makes you fat. The care about you and your health. Happy Holiday and best wishes of your heath.

family members traditions can wait till your baby is the right age to appreciate what a family members custom is. As for ingesting egg nog, i does no longer supply it to him because of the egg allergy threat yet whilst he's older you may constantly use egg nog without the rum. he's ten months old enable him rip wrapping paper on the same time as you men drink egg nog. he will have extra relaxing with that.

It just has a lot of calories. But if you like it. Who cares. I'm mean after all it really is only consumed during the holidays! Splurging is okay! Unless of course you make your own, and then it is even more fattening and I would probably suggest laying off the egg nog too. :o)

Well maybe they are seeing something you're not. But hey it's the holidays go for it. You don't have to stop drinking it if you don't want to. Obviously you can still type so I don't see a problem.

As far as I know, there is nothing wrong with eggnog. However.... if you put liqueur in it and drink TOO much, it can be bad for you after a while.

um eggnog is raw eggs and it can make you sick or wanna throw up...maybe you get drunk then drink eggnog and thro up on everyone...hm thats a thought...

I'll tell you why there are telling you that....Cuz its very fattening ! Fattening, but GOOD I agree.
The question is why do they only sell it once a year ???
Enjoy it while you can because there soon will be no more until next year...

Well - is there rum in it? Are you drunk? It's also very very fattening and very likely clogs your arteries.
It's good though - huh. Especially with the rum!!!
