I had a friend his body had a disease and his feet ad hands started to get just like what your saying ( I do not think you have this) and every year it would get a little further up his limbs
and the doctor said once it reaches his heart, his heart would stop, he never made it to retirement age,
it did just what the Doctor said,....so if it continues go see a Doctor, and maybe get a second opinion too, because you do not mess with your nerves, if left alone in this condition it could damage the nerve and things could get much worse for you..so please get this looked at as soon as you can, and do not just take what one Doctor says as GOLD, get another opinion

good luck

This is poor circulation, which can be caused by anything from positioning to blood pressure to a heart condition. If it happens frequently enough for you to be very concerned about, consult a doctor.

I think you have restless hand, leg, and neck syndrome. Talk to your doctor about getting you some medication.

Mad Cow disease. When you get up do you start shaking your hands and feet compulsively? It is time to get off the computer....
