I've probably 'averaged' six - eight drinks a day (usually vodka and lime juice [peapickers] or Capt. Morgan & 7-Up) for more than forty years. I think one's metabolism has a lot to do with it, also heredity. My father drank a case a beer a day from the time he was 12 until the time he was 67. He lived another 20 years without ever touching a drop of alcohol again. I think I'll give it up when I turn 65. -RKO-

The liver is the fastest regenerating organ in the body although the other problem is the dehydration of the fluids in the spine. This is what causes a lot of illness to the body as the spinal chord is somewhat attached to all parts of the body. Britain spends some 30 Billion pound a year on piss, and almost half of that is returned through the NHS on alcohol related illnesses, so in short give it up and start doing recreational drugs they only ruin you head and a lot cheaper and the government dint get there hands on it.

Been a partying Irish/Italian American for over 25 years.Gave up the drugs but still like to drink and be merry.I guess it all depends on the person.I try to take care of myself in a lot of ways and I think that helps me but I like to throw a few back from time to time and I will not stop until I am told I have to.That means stop or die. From one party guy to another, try to take care of yourself by taking vitamins and other herbal supplements.and get on a regular workout program. It has worked for me and I have put my body through hell.I wish you long life and happiness and may you have many good parties left in you.Merry Christmas!!!!
