I have an intolerance to fruit and potato yeasts in beer, but I love beer. Does anyone know of a Canadian beer that does not use potato or fruit yeasts?

Just how exactly have you determined that your intolerance is to those specific yeasts?
FWIW, there's no such thing as a "potato yeast" which is why I ask. Yeasts for brewing beer are specifically bred for beer brewing. Yeasts for wine making are also specifically bred, but as specific strains of yeasts commonly found on grapes and fruit. Wine yeasts are not used for beer brewing either.

It's more likely that you have a sulfite reaction, and not a yeast reaction/allergy.
