Pinot Noir is the classic pairing with duck, but it depends on how you are preparing it, too. Some Italian reds like a Barbera or a Sangiovese might go well, too. Depending on what kind of sauce the duck will be served with (if any) and what side dishes you will be having, a white wine like an Alsatian Riesling might go also go well. (Alsatian Rieslings are dry and not at all sweet.)
Without knowing anything about the rest of your meal, I'm going to say Pinot Noir's the safe choice.

Was not aware that ducks drank wine!
Anyways try a South African wine called "Blouberg" it comes as a white or a rose and is very good.
