Take some Vitamin B too. Alcohol depleets it. OK?

Yeah, well I didn't know it when I was younger. and when I was
in my 20's I followed through all the way to my thirty's, now I'm
in my mid 40's and I hardly drink, but I still like to have a ice cold
Heineken or a ice cold Corona/lime or a ice cold Bud from time to time. But I eat before I start drinking, sorry I can't follow your
your schedule It takes to much of my time, when I can just drive up some where and purchase me something to eat. And I only drink 1 or 3 for the night. I don't drink to get drunk. yuk!!

So, and let me get this right.... you think that to avoid a festive hangover the one key thing you must do is not drink to excess. Well, if I have a couple over the night and frantically drink water and then take the air I won't have a hangover.... derr! You idiot! Of course I won't... there's no science to that, it is just simple common sense. A hangover is induced when you well and truly over do it. Besides, there's no avoiding a hangover if you really try to have a ghood time.

peace.... you plonker! :)

Before drinking:
Eat 1 tbs of butter (straight)
Or one lemon

Before hitting the sack:
Drink that solution that is found in a jar of pickles.
(Drinking lots of water can make you more sick).

Yes. We ALL know this. However, we are not as good at putting it into practice as we should be.
