Get a 5 or ten gallon bucket, put in grapes, apples, or whatever you are using for your taste. Add a 5 pound bag of sugar, yeast, and a little water. Put a cloth over the buket and usea rubber band to hold it tight to the bucket. Put it up somewhere dark and it will ferment and turn to hootch.

Hard alcohol is really hard to make, it isn't really worth it, you'll end up spending more in the long run than just buying it from a store. Beer is a lot easier and can be pretty fun if you are into it. There are places all over that sell starter kits for home brewers.

Just do an internet search for home brewing places in your area.

You can make beer or wine and be completely legal as long as you are old enough. There is a ton on the internet, and you can buy kits to do it. Just go to Google and search for homebrew.

You can make liqueur with vodka and flavorings, or you can make beer or wine by fermenting it with special yeast. But to make distilled spirits you need a still.

You don't have to be discreet...they sell kits! Also, you have to be ultra-clean or your alcohol will be crap. Buy a kit.
