My friend is Philippine and got me this fancy looking cheese called Supreme Holland Baby Edam Cheese. It is rather dry so I tried melting some on a tortilla to see if it was better that way. It doesn't melt as easily as most cheeses do, and was rather rubbery when it did melt. I would like to try and make something with it as I went to the store my friend frequents and found out this wax covered ball off cheese cost almost $15.00, and I think he may ask how I liked it. I'd prefer to give an honest answer. Nothing to complicated as I cook for one. But there must be a use for this type cheese. I hate the idea of just throwing it out. Thank you
