Here, this is an easy and quick recipe (very little prep. needed).
I usually boil and de-bone chicken quarters but your boneless breast will do. Boil and pull apart the chicken into bite size pieces. Save the boiling water and add to it the broth you have, some chicken bullion (roughly 1tsp dissolved in 1/4c water) and a bag of frozen mixed veggies. Boil some pasta (any you like) in another pot until just about done. Cook veggies until done and add the chicken and pasta. Sprinkle in a bit of garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste.
enjoy!

This recipe is SO easy and my family always raves about it. I always double the recipe. Makes great leftovers too... if there is any left over!
3 1/2 c chicken broth
generous dash of pepper
1 medium carrot
1 stalk of celery
1 c uncooked noodles
1 c cubed (or shredded) cooked chicken
Mix broth, pepper, carrot and celery in a pot. Heat to boil. Stir in noodles and chicken. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until noodles are done. Serves 4.

Here's my favorite simple recipe, created by me.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Take Carrots (preferably baby carrots) and chop into small sizes.
Take a can of peas and a can of corn, drain the juice out of the can.
Take about two medium sized potatoes and chop into small chunks.
Take an onion (using only half of the onion) and chop into very small pieces to add to the flavor.
In a medium sized pot, I place about a quarter size of vegetable oil and add the chicken broth to the pot. I cook on medium heat. First, I add carrots and poatoes. Then, I add the chicken & onions. Allow to cook on medium heat for about five minutes. Then, I add a dash or two of Adobe seasoning, a dash of pepper, and a half packet of Sazon seasoning (if you don't have the Sazon, it's okay).
Then, I use half the can of peas and half the can of corn and add to the mixture.
Keep on medium heat until it starts to boil- then you have to put it on low heat so it has time to simmer.
When finished, it's very delicious!
If you don't like the veggies, do without.

2 cans cream of chicken soup
