It's ok to eat, it may just be kind of mushy.

It will not make you sick. I don't know about you but I am getting tired of these people whose only answer is to throw it out. Don't be stupid. Assuming that it was last night and not last week (and the fruit is not moldy) it will be fine. The texture will be a little soft because when natural things with cells freeze it disrupts the cell wall and the food is not longer as firm.
If you tried to keep the orange even in the refrigerator it would not last long but right now it is safe so go ahead.
As to those who say that you will get sick, ask what pathogen can grow in a frozen, low pH fruit product overnight and produce enough toxin to make someone sick. I bet they won't have an answer.

The juice in an orange is contained in small vacuoles throughout the orange. We crush these vacuoles to extract the juice and what is left is called the pulp. When the juice freezes, many of these vacuoles burst because water expands when frozen. When the orange thaws, the orange becomes somewhat mushy because of these burst vacuoles. No bacteria has entered the orange, so the orange is not spoiled. However, its texture has changed. Try extracting the juice from it. The orange peel can also be used in hot cider recipes as well.

It is fine and safe to eat since it was just one night. The texture will be mushy but otherwise it is safe to eat. The high acidity of the orange will keep bacteria from growing on it for a while so as long as you don't mind a little mushy orange peel and enjoy.

The orange is totally okay to eat. It was frozen, not poisoned! It might be a bit more mushy, but it shouldn't mess up your stomach. Don't worry about it and just eat it.

Yes, OK to eat but probably you will notice the texture has changed for the worse. You have probably heard about orchards going through a freeze and the crop thereby ruined.
