Does anyone know what the best biscuits/cookies/crackers are for making them?

world's worst cook here! i keep looking online and i find recipes, with minimal instructions on how to use it, including how much water, etc...as if it's common sense! not to me! help? btw- i plan mostly to cook vegetables! i do not eat much meat...

Last night I made a pot of vegetable soup, and I made sure there was plenty of water, and put it on low, and I was going to cook it for several hours.. probably not a good idea in retrospect.. Well what happened was somehow the flame went out and what ended up happening was my kitchen got filled up with natural gas overnight, and thank God I didn't light a candle or anything, and I've spent the entire day airing out the house, trying to get the gas/gas smell out of my house, so the pot of vegetable soup (no meat or meat products) is still on the stove, and I need to know if I cook it now (everything is still raw) if it will be any good or do I need to throw it all out.

I drank 2 beers up until midnight and had a urine test the next day at around 4:30PM. Would I pass my test? I peed a few times after I drank but only had a glass of water between the time I drank and got tested.

My friend is just eating fruit at school, and I need to know some foods that she can eat. She decided to become a vegetarian this summer, then about a month ago, found out she was lactose intolerant. Should i get:

A: Baked! Lays chips, 6 inch subway melt sub (wheat bread, sliced turkey breast, bacon, ham, melted american cheese and lettuce, onions, tomatoes) with a diet coke.

or

B: Baked! Lays chips, 6 inch steak and cheese sub (wheat bread, steak, melted american cheese, lettuce, onions, green peppers) with a diet coke.
