My dear, if I'm going to splurge on a pizza, let's do it all. Polska kielbasa, mushrooms, peperoncini, Calamata olives, bacon, GARLIC, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, & lots of anchovies, hot red pepper flakes--on a thin, crisp dough.
(No tomato sauce, thank you.)
Salt rimmed cold tequila with lime would be nice.
When I was in Mexico, I learned to squeeze lime on the top of cans of beer, & crust them with salt. There's nothing like Mexican beer!

You're a big enough girl to know what you like on a pizza.
I prefer mine on a quiet little terrace, with a good glass of wine
and the company of a good friend(s)...
A mellow evening....bit of candlelight and just enough people walking around to create a bit of murmur in the background.
Now that's a good Pizza !!.
