Cooking pasta in chicken or beef broth enhances the overall flavor of the pasta itself. Depending on your personal tastes, you might also consider the following:

1. Toss hot linguini with chopped artichoke hearts, fresh tomatoes, black olives and shaved parmesan with kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper and some fresh chopped basil.
2. Saute kielbasa slices and toss with rigatoni and black olives, plus olive oil and parmesan.
3. Sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, and tuna with spaghetti.
4. Chili with black beans, sweet corn, green bell pepper, tossed with elbow macaroni.
5. Marinated chicken breasts, diced, with fresh asparagas, cream sauce and shredded parmesan or asiago cheeses
6. Fresh prawns sauteed in olive oil, garlic, tossed with linguini, lemon juice, and fresh basil. Add shaved romano for a nice kick.

The list goes on....Enjoy!
