I'm with wedge's answer. Anything goes with perogies. But you gotta have fried onions with them for sure. I fry my perogies too. Just boiling them makes them too 'doughy'.

I cannot think of anything that does not go with perogies - fried or otherwise.

More fried pierogies! (Kidding. Sort of.)
For dips - sour cream and chives, or sour cream with taco seasoning powder mixed in, ranch, salsa, pretty much anything you'd dip fries in, really.
When I make fried pierogies I make a salad or cole slaw for veggie, and have them with fish, burgers, etc. They're a great appetizer too of course.

now are you talking as a condiment? or a entree? as a condiment i would say sour cream or sweet and sour sauce... with an entree damn near anything.. they are wonderful all by themselves..

I have never had a perogie.but,what about meatloaf?stuff it wih something yummy blue cheese or red peppers and your fave cheese?
