I need to eat more protein, but i dont eat meat. I do eat peanut and almond butter, but not enough. What are some foods that are high in protein?
If you know exactly which ones and how much that would be even better. If not, it still helps.

1. what would vegetarians say about natural carnivores such as the Big Cats, bears, snakes, etc.? should they be allowed to continue eating other living animals?

2. aren't plants and vegetables living organisms? so just because they don't appear as animate as animals, they should be eaten?

3. do you agree that ppl in impoverished regions should not be able to subsist on animals?

I killed and skinned a rabbit last week while on a survival course, I felt quite guilty afterwards and even thought about becoming a vegitarian.
So, what do you think? If you're prepared to eat an animal then should you also be prepared to kill it?

I have some tilapia that can be microwaved. I have two questions.

1. Can it be grilled instead?
2. What are some inexpensive ways of spicing it up without making it spicy? Tilapia has a mild flavor; what kind of marinades or spices could I use besides salt and pepper?
