UK? Try the intellectual property office (formerly, the patent office. link below) If you want to patent or copyright, it can run into thousands of pounds, so take care. I'm not trying to put you off but you need to be aware of the costs. I have a friend who invented something 12 years ago and it has cost her £20,000 so far in protection for her idea. She is still no closer to production either. Good luck.

Until you apply for a patent don't tell anyone about it would be the paramount thing to do. *just making the obvious statement* Don't even pitch the idea to an investor until that is done.. By doing this you ensure that YOU alone are the creator of this new idea. Go here for further info..

even in music industry or any other businesses... heard of napster?
on alcoholic drink beverage industry, if you are in the USA, you need to follow all the govt. business laws and regulations, check the TTB website. So much to learn.
your idea may not be as new as you thought, it possibly not allowed to certain territories, like of the USA. BUT, if it is, then i can drink with you someday! promised!

Google or yahoo copyright info on the net follow the instruction make sure you make a copy for your files of all info and recipes sent, mail with receipt return its worth the extra precaution.

flow to the carrying products section at Wal-Mart get an insulated lunch field and a few coolie packs.Freeze them each nighttime ,load up your make shift cooler interior the morning and cover it. Works for me.
