I make spring rolls all the time, (this is the rice paper ones with no frying involved) but I do not know how to store them correctly for later eating. I have a potluck this Friday and it was requested that I make spring rolls, but all the times I have tried to put the spring rolls away, they have gotten hard.

Does anyone know how to store these spring rolls without them getting hard? I will be making them the night before, and they won't be eaten until lunchtime the next day!!

Please help!!

Thanks.

My brother bought my wife and I a nice white wine for our 5th anniversary. I don't know how long it should be kept before we should drink it... I was wondering if we could hold onto it until our 10th?

I am going to a bbq in 2 hours. The only pasta noodles I had was spagetti noodles. My mom in law says that's ok--is it? Well anyways, so far I cut up a cucumber and 2 tomatoes, threw them in the noodles and added salt, pepper, and italian dressing. Any more ideas? SHould I put some cheese chunks in it or green pepper? Let me know what people like--thanks!

I don't know the exact math but these guys have something like a one-in-thirty chance of not making it back alive. The whole lift-off thing is computer programmed from the Cape. No matter how alert they are, they can't get out, so have a little mercy.

I've had three car-wrecks, but NONE of them were at times when I'd consumed alchohol. Rather when I was "hyper" or under the influence of coffee or backseat drivers, or just plain flakey.

Give 'em a break.

But if they have a PROBLEM, an alchohol dependancy, that's breakig training that's different, let 'em retire.

I'm not a fan of chunky pieces of tomato in my pasta sauces, so I was wondering if you had any suggestions on pasta sauce brands that were smooth. thanks!

the recipe has ricotta cheese, whipping cream, walnuts and dried mission figs. Then all are whipped together and placed on toasted baguette slices. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I remember a small Italian deli in Las Vegas but I forgot where it was since I haven't been there in awhile. In New Jersey, I used to get it everywhere in almost all stores. Does anyone know where to get prosciutto in Las Vegas?? I live in Henderson by the way.

The American Dietetic Association and the Dietetic Association of Canada state that vegetarians can get adequate nutrition with a balanced diet. They are recognized as the foremost authority on nutrition by the health care profession.

So why are some people on YA still spreading misinformation about vegetarianism being unhealthy?

If you want to eat meat that's your choice. I don't really want to debate the philosophical arguments--what motivates someone to make a certain choice is up to the individual. But I must admit it irritates me when people talk as if they are authorities on nutrition and they don't have their facts straight.

I am a 50 year old male, lacto vegetarian for 23 years. I go to my doctor regularly. Why is my blood work within normal limits? Why isn't my doctor telling me I'd better start eating meat? If your answer is "he doesn't know anything"; are you a doctor or licensed dietitian? If you aren't, then you aren't qualified. Plain and simple.
