Hi, My step son is here for 3 weeks, and I am trying to make a 'menu' per se, for grocery shopping. I have thngs like...chix parm, spag & balls, sloppy joes, haluski, hot dogs, tacos, burgers and chix on the grille, but i'm kinda at a standstill. I have quite a few more days to go!! Any suggestions?

How about a corned beef brisket in the crockpot, and mashed potatoes? With the leftovers you can make hash with some extra leftover baked potatoes. That's what we're having tonight. One brisket, 3 days' worth of food!

Chicken potpie, the ready to bake kind, either individual or family size at your market, and how about a meat loaf & gravy or stuffed peppers, made with ground beef and rice...all easy and can be made ahead so you can spend some quality time together.
