Any major grocery store like Kroger, Albertson's, Vons. Any one of these should have it in the fresh deli section, sliced to order. Some of them also carry it in the pre-packaged deli section. If you can't find it in one of those stores, there's also a European Grocery Store on S. Jones Blvd.etc.

Prosciutto can be kind of pricey. if you have a butcher or a meat market near by, you can use thin sliced steak instead of the prosciutto, it is just as good and a lot cheaper per pound.

It `s not in henderson, but not to far- the Siena deli on tropicana & eastern ( in the albertson`s shopping center) is where i like to go ( i`m from ny) there are some other that are good but siena`s been there over 25 years & it`s got what you need. (you don`t want the ones in the markets)

If no one from your area answers, you can do a computer search for ethnic foods by zip code. Im assuming that since your question is in yahoo that you do have access to a computer.
