I want to cook it over rice mixed with mixed with cream of chicken soup.

cook your rice set it aside
saute breast then put in oven 350 for 20 to 29 min with added saute onion celery little butter added cream chicken soup little sage then stir every 10 minutes if to dry add drop of milk to thin add over rice

I kid you not, but I cook my chicken breast for at least an hour at 350. I am told that I like them the french way. Which is very tender and very well cooked. So I don't know what to say but I would cook them for a half hour then put the rice in a baking dish with the appropriate amount of soup/water, salt, pepper and stir and put the chicken on top. Cover with foil. This will allow more chicken flavor to be added to the rice. Especially if the bone is still in the breast.

You can cook it separately then put them together when done. About 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. You can cut into the chicken to see if its done. you dont want to cook it so long thats its dry, but not undercooked either, because of salmonella.

**********CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE
2-3 c. cooked chicken, skinned and boned, cubed or cut into pieces
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked according to pkg. instructions
1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
Mix all together and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased, uncovered casserole dish.
