I don't know if this question has ever been asked but I get headaches, sleepy and irritable without Caffeine. Sometimes even fluish symptoms. So what are you like if there was no coffee or what ever caffeinated drink you drink left? What would happen if you had to go without Caffeine (impossible to me)? If you have given up Caffeine then what did you used to be like without Caffeine. Thanks Della

Haha, probably is a really illogical question. What if we fried our fries in olive oil or unsaturated fats? Does that contain just as much? Calling all nutritionists. :-)

I tried Elvis Presley's fried tofu and it tastes so good.

Stuff you need:
firm Tofu
soy sauce
flour
paprika
salt
pepper
oil

Slice the Tofu just like french fries.
Marinate them in the bowl of soy sauce for 5 minutes.
Combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat tofu in flour mixture
In skillet - heat oil and then add the tofu
fry til brown
Serve.

You guys should try that...
I ate them and they are really good.

Hi,
my wife made stew for supper. well it's still warm in the crock pot. there is a bunch left over and she made a huge batch. it is soooo good. anyway, what should i do with it now? Should i just stick the crock pot in the fridge? or should i put it into tupperware and freeze it? i'm sure it will get eaten soon, like within the next few days, but then again you never know it is a lot.
thanks

I want to know some quick and easy snacks to serve for my nieces, nephews, and godchildren to enjoy. I don't particularly have the motherly instinct (that's why I don't have children of my own) to think of what children enjoy to eat. But mainly I hope it to be nutritious. Thank you in advance.

I have a blender, 10 speeds, but no food processor and need to process some tahini and fruit into a paste to make some halva. Will it work, what speed? Any tips?

Here's the recipe directions:

8 oz tahini or sesame seeds
4 oz raisins
4 oz dates
1 tsp vanilla extract

Break down the dried fruit in the food processor until it forms one homogenous mass. By hand, break the mass into smaller pieces, and then add the seeds or tahini and vanilla. Turn the food processor on again, and keep it turning until it forms a mass again; this will take a few minutes, be patient. You may need to add a few drops of water to get it to hold together, but be careful, any more than a few drops and it will become too sticky.
When it's become a single solid mass, take walnut-sized balls of the mixture and roll between the palms of your hands to form balls. Store in the fridge.

Someone recently told me that adding fresh pineapple to jello can be toxic. They say it even tells you not to do it on the box. I thought that was just because it wouldn't set properly. Anyone know for sure?

Just a general temperature in electric oven where they will be fully cooked, not burned, and still be moist and juciy? And for about how long? They are drumsticks and wings that I have marinated.

(In this definition of meat I include seafood such as fish and shellfish.)

I used to be a Jack fan myself, but got tired of Sour Mash. I haven't been able to force myself to shell out $30 for Gentleman's Jack or $40 for Single Barrell. I got with $11 Early Times Kentucky Whisky nowadays. 80 proof. It's pretty smooth for as cheap as it is.
