i think forever because if you have vineger in a bottle it will say forervr an d the oil to....

Vinegar lasts up to 42 months.
Most suggestions for the combination say aprox. one year.

Oil will degrade.
If your oil is in a clear bottle, light causes breakdown in the cellular structure. The best oils come in opaque bottles to slow the light damage.

They will both last for years but I think that the oil (depending on what kind) starts to go rancid after a year.

I am not totally sure, but mine last a VERY long time. Esp. the oil.

Both of them are used to preserve food so I can't imagine that if you mix the two they would go bad. You can keep either in your cupboard indefinitely.
