The trick to eating properly when you are on a vegetarian diet is to find foods that make a whole protein. Many foods contain protein, but they are not the complete form of protein you would find in meat. I believe the only grain that contains a complete protein is quinoa. There's a lot of info about it on Wikipedia.com. Edamame (soy bean pods) is also a form of whole protein and quite delicious when you toss it in a frying pan for a few minutes with butter and salt. It's kind of like a pea pod, but much more nutritious! Other foods you can combine to form a whole protein are things that usually go together so it makes it easy: peanut butter & toast (whole grain!), rice & beans, cereal & milk. Iron is easy to find in green leafy vegetables like spinach and broccoli. Here's a website to get you started on a healthy vegetarian diet: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/vegetarian-diet/HQ01596.

Good luck!

Cleansing the body or eating raw food doesn't change the colour of the iris of your eye (that is genetic). Bad diet and/or a liver disorder, or eating too many carrots, can change the colour of the white part of your eye. It's good to eat lots of raw food, for the health of your whole body. Your eyes will shine.
