Do you have time for a grocery run or just what's on hand? Ummm...pasta with alfredo sauce is fast, or a fresh-tomato sauce is pretty quick.
Actually olive oil, garlic, and veggies and herbs tossed over pasta always works - throw on some parmesan if you have it.
Or broil a piece of fish or chicken...cook up some rice, steam a veggie...

Depends on what you have on hand... but if you have boneless chicken breast... season and throw in oven. Then either make spaghetti with mariner or alfredo sauce or sever seasoned chicken with 2 sides... like veggies or mac and cheese... or after the chicken is cooked chunk it up and add to a large salad.

Sounds like a hungry b00#y call. Sorry I couldn't resist. Make taco salad. Ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, grated cheese and sour cream. Or spaghetti. Spaghetti's always good and makes for a potentially sexily eaten meal. Have fun. Raawr.
