Just out of curiousity, is it possible...to be the opposite of a vegetarian?

(In this definition of meat I include seafood such as fish and shellfish.)

Yes, they would live, but it wouldn't be a long and healthy life. This diet would mess up their digestive system like you wouldn't believe. And in just a few days, their whole body would be out of whack because of the lack of balanced nutrition. The person would also become very fatigued. Also, most meat contains a lot of fat, so that would clog their arteries. Not smart.

Being an unshakable meat lover, I wish I could say yes, lol, but unfortunately, it isn't quite possible to live on meat alone. You'd still need the proper fiberage of vegetables, the vitamins and minerals in fruits and your energy from carbs. Eating solely meat in the long run would lead to a host of serious health problems, from constipation and body heatiness to body odours and such.

Cook for yourself. Best way: Cook enough meals for a week on sunday, and either eat off that for the week. Or, make several types of foods, pack them in single serving containers and freeze them. When you're ready to eat, microwave your meal. Make yourself fresh salads or fruit to offset your pre-made food. Also when you do cook, go ahead and make several servings, and freeze some. So you're not cooking for one all the time. And it's time and money efficient.

I dont think so. The diet of a person only eating meats would be a lot more srtict than a vegetarians, and would not allow for proper nutrition.

I sure you could live on meat alone but you would be lacking many essential vitamins and minerals that can only be had from a properly balanced diet.

No. A person needs to also eat fruits and vegetables, as they provide great nutrition. Living on meat alone is bad for your health.
