ok do i eat good too lose 23 punds in a year?
breakfast... large cinnamon roll with milk shake and captin crunch
lunch... soda sub sandwitch, small peice of pizza and roll.
dinner... mashed patatoes and gravy with soda and white bread and bagel
desert... ice cream cone. duble fudge sunday
do i eat ok???
please help!!! :/

I have several American recipes that call for Monterey Jack cheese but I've been unable to find it in supermarkets or delis. Is this available? I've seen it on menus like Hard Rock Cafe and Chili's, so if they can get it, I must be able to, right?

My 5 year old daughter Genesis is a vegetarian. She hates meat and hates seeing people eat meat . She hates that they kill animals but i ran out of recpes for her. Do you know any vegetarian dishes recipes or websites i can look up!
