nope, not at all, infact you will gain weight if you don't exercise regularly!
you need to cut down on sugars and processed grains as much as possible. no drinking sodas and cut down on milk shakes too... substitute with filtered water or light teas without sugar. eg, chamomile, chrysanthemum, lavendar, rose, peppermint green tea, etc.
eat more vegetables and fewer desserts... so an example breakfast might be salad/wholemeal bread/oatmeal with a cup of water. lunch could be herbal soup with a red meat and a vege side dish with brown rice, or steamed vege with homemade mashed potatoes and steamed fish... dinner could be spaghetti with a cup of tea.
exercising regularly and with someone will help you tons :)

Its good to see you have all your meals. Thats important, just add some more fruits and veggies. Also try to limit your sweets. Its OK to eat the things you listed above some days just dont eat that many carbs everyday.
