Coffee cake would be good with coffee. Do a search at www.allrecipes.com
Also banana bread. Here's a wonderful recipe I found years ago online. It was someones grandma's recipe and people request this from me now. It's sooo good! It uses less flour than other banana bread recipes and butter instead of oil. It makes a yummy difference!
Teta’s Banana Bread
3 ripe bananas (4 if small)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt (I either use none, or just a pinch)
Directions
Mash bananas with fork in a shallow bowl. Stir in sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into buttered 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
Two tips - I squish the bananas while they’re in their peel, it's much easier to mash afterwards.
Also, sometimes the top starts getting dark too early so I let it get as brown as I want it to be, then cover it with foil.

This carrot cake is moist and delicious and doesn’t contain every spice from the cupboard.
Ingredients
For the cake:
2 cups self-rising flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
1/4 cup currants
For the cream cheese frosting:
1 [8 ounce] package cream cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 pound confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the oven to 350.
Grease two 9 inch round cake pans.
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, cinnamon and sugar. Add the oil and eggs, mix until blended, then stir in the carrots, raisins, dates, and currants. Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven. A toothpick inserted into the cake should come out clean. Cool cakes on wire racks before removing from pans.
To make the frosting, use the second set of ingredients. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese, add the sugar and cream well. Stir in the vanilla. Use to fill and frost the cooled cake layers.

First, take a look at this list:
http://www.recipegoldmine.com/breakcoff/breakcoff.html
And then, this list:
http://www.joyofbaking.com/cakes.html
Any one of these would go great with coffee. I often bake recipes from joyofbaking.

I would suggest either a banana bread or chocolate chip cookies. I'm sure both will go great with coffee. Here are my favorite recipes I always use;
Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
¾ cup Butter Flavor Crisco Shortening
1¼ cups firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1¾ cups flour
1 tsp salt
¾ tsp baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat egg into creamed mixture.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda in separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies, or 11-13 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies and place on foil to cool completely.
Banana Bread
1½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
¾ cup sugar
½ cup margarine (1 stick)
3 mashed ripe bananas
2 eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan. Mix dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking soda) in bowl, set aside. Mash bananas and eggs together. Mash softened margarine and sugar into banana mixture. Add dry ingredients, leave lumpy. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean.

Carrot muffins come to my mind when you ask. They smell so great, and can be used now, or frozen for later. The smell of a great coffee in a basket with carrot muffins would certainly win my appreciation!
