NO! Oat flour has no gluten, which is necessary for yeast breads to rise. If you substitute oat flour for all of the all purpose flour, you'll have a giant hockey puck. You can substitute oat flour for some of the all purpose flour (actually, bread flour would be better because it has a higher gluten content). You may have to increase the liquid in the recipe, because oat flour will absorb more. You could also add gluten flour, which has very high amounts of gluten. Whatever you do, the oat flour will give your bread a different texture. That's not a bad thing, but you should be aware of it.

You should use the recipes that came with your breadmaker. Every time I experimented with mine it was a mess and completely uneatable. Live and learn.
