Dependant upon the order size of the fries, whether your Whopper or ham sandwich had cheese or other extra toppings/condiments, and the amount of Sprite you consumed...

About 2000 calories.

It depends on what size of fries you ate, how much of the Whopper, if the soda was diet or not, etc.

For the yogurt, you can look on the package. Burger King offers their nutritional info online:

The Sprite's calorie content can be found on the can.

For the ham sandwich, it depends on how much ham you put in and what kind of bread you used. On the bread package, it should give you the nutrition facts. Make sure to also add any mayo, veggies, or mustard you put in it.

Good luck!
