I know of a few like theres one in Texas, theres the McArab or something in the middle east and McOz or something in Australia - just wanting to find out as many as possible what they are and what they're called.

Don't know of names. But in NM you can get anything w/ green chile added.

Here in México we have...
McPollo (chicken); Big Tasty (biiiig one); Cuarto de Libra (quarter pound); BicMac; and for this Lent we have Ranch Club with chicken and fish... we had once a double Big Mac and a burger with Bbq sauce. Oh, and obviously, Burgers are served with green sauce (tomato & chili)
and for breakfast we've got McBurrito

In New Mexico they serve burgers with green chile.

In Japan they have teriyaki burgers.

In Hawaii they give you pineapple as part of the value meal.

In the Philippines we have burger McDo and it has a special sauce suited to Filipinos' taste. It's a little sweet.

They serve beer brats in Wisconsin and serve the McLobster in Canada.

the only thing is that they not only have regular burgers and fries but they also have some of their hometown favorites like falafal o.k. hope this helped you out. :)
