I would like to make really tasty spaghetti and meatballs but i dont have a clue what to do any recipe's or advise much appreciated.

It was purchased Feb 2,07 the stamp date is 2/28/07, it went in the freezer immediately. Now I've removed it, and thawed, how long will it last, or is it too late since it's past 2/28/07?

I am going to go on a detoxing fruit diet for a little bit and am wondering about the tomato seeds. I like to salt my tomatoes, but on this fruit diet, I will not be doing it. I like the tomato plain if the seeds are removed. Should I even eat the tomato if I can't have the seeds?

I'm a green tea fanatic, and I've noticed that cheeper brands or less authentic brands will give you tea that tastes like anchovies or seaweed. Its always an unpleasant surprise!

I'm having about 10 people over for Easter lunch. Most are meat eaters and we're having a baked ham. Some are vegetarians, though, and I want to make sure that I've taken their needs into consideration too. Your ideas and suggestions would be very helpful! My menu thus far is:
