I am going to go on a detoxing fruit diet for a little bit and am wondering about the tomato seeds. I like to salt my tomatoes, but on this fruit diet, I will not be doing it. I like the tomato plain if the seeds are removed. Should I even eat the tomato if I can't have the seeds?

Thanks!

The nutritional value is in the pulp and especially just below the skin. They are low calorie, low sodium, high in vitamins A & C, rich in antioxidants, potassium and phosphorus.
However, removing skin and or seeds lowers their fibre source.
