Today, not too many people take the time to prepare a great cup of high quality tea.
But if you are willing to prepare a high quality, great tasting tea you have to consider the following guidelines.
The Tea
The most important factor of the tea is freshness. That is the reason I would not recommend teabags type of tea. I would choose tea leafs with a packaging date of no more than 2 weeks, Most tea will lose its freshness 3 months after opened. In case of green tea even less time. I also do not recommend tea with "added" flavors for the same reason. Some high quality teas are packaged oxygen-free. The higher the quality, the more expensive the tea will likely be.
The Teapot
This is what most people overlooks. There are teapots designed with an infuser screen with enough room for the leafs to expand, which is very important since the leafs are compacted. Because of this factor, teabags, paper filters, tea balls, are not recommendable for preparing the best tea. A well purchased teapot will be worth every penny spent. Japanese green tea teapots are excellent in both quality and design.
The Water
Always use the best quality water possible. Filtered or mineral. One of the biggest mistakes made in brewing tea is the temperature. NEVER boil the water, I can not stress this enough. If the water is too hot, the tea is likely to become bitter and lose its intended taste. My preference would be around 175 degrees F but some may argue depending on the type of tea. For green tea it is recommended around 165 degrees F.
Brewing
You should brew around 5 gr of tea for 8 fl oz of water but some may argue a little more or less depending on the type of tea.
Once the leafs are in the tea spot, let it rest for a couple of minutes but not more than 3 minutes. Too much time makes the tea bitter. NEVER EVER stir or shake the tea, this will make the tea too bitter.
Note: Some of these guidelines may differ a little depending on the type of tea that you want to brew. You may want to find more resources if you have a specific type of tea of choice and want to learn more about its preparation.

The best way is to boil water & then pour it in a kettle and put a tea bag( 1/cup of tea) . U can also use tea leaves instead of tea bags. Boil milk separately. And then put some sugar & milk & tea decoction in a cup & stir.
This tea doesn't causes acidity as the tea leaves are not boiled.
I dont make my tea like this. Our is the typical Indian way. Boil everything together & I do add ginger/cinnamon/clove/cardamom for flavor.

pour hot water on top of the tea bag. don't put the tea bag into the hot water. and always boil water in the stove or microwave or coffee pot. never use hot tap water the heat brings toxins out of the metal pipes. if you put water in your coffee pot but dont put any coffee or tea in the strainer its a great way to get hot water fast.
and don't get impatient let it steep. the package usually has time suggestions
and then sugar milk and lemon is all you need

Put water in the kettel and boild till a whistle. Then take the teabag of your choice and put it in a mug. Add however much sugar you want (for me it's 2 tablespoons). Pour the water in over the teabag and sugar. Almost all of the the sugar should dissolve instantly, stir the remaining sugar. If you like you could squirt a bit of lemon juice and mix it. (Doesn't mix well with herbal teas) Remove spoon and slowly drink with the teabag remaining in until finished.
